- Was part of founding team that set up broking at Kotak Securities and Head Private Client Services at Kotak Securities.
Mr. Arindam Chanda
Whole-Time Director
- More than a decade of experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets and FMCG sector.
- Held Leadership Roles in IIFL Securities, Kotak Securities covering Retail Broking, Distribution and Private Client Businesses.
Mr. Sriram Venkatasubramanian
Non-Executive Director
- 20+ years of experience in Financial Services across Corporate Finance & IT, Capital Markets, and Consumer Assets, in Strategy, Products, Sales, and Risk.
- Previously associated with Aptuit Informatics, Esaar Group, Reliance Capital and Anagram Finance/Stock Broking.
Mr. Subhash Gundappa Kutte
Non-Executive Director
- He has been a Banker throughout his life. He had joined Ratnakar Bank in June 1980 and served the bank for thirty-four years, initially in an executive capacity across various departments, including MD & CEO, and in the last four years as its non-executive Chairman. He retired as the Chairman of RBL Bank Limited in the year 2014.
Mr. Shankar Vailaya

- Mr. Shankar Vailaya is a commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant. He has experience of over 25 years in the broking and financial services industry. He had earlier served on the board of S.S. Kantilall shwarlal Securities Limited on erstwhile associate company of Sharekhan Limited. He has been appointed as Whole Time Director from September 2001 till July 2021 in Sharekhan Limited.
